How it works
Nopi collects Paseo agent, workspace, and session state into a live topology dashboard. It brings Codex, Claude, and OpenCode provider/model resource state and quota visibility together with Baton coordination status.
The current development setup runs the collector and UI together on the devbox. The design leaves room for a main-PC UI paired with a headless devbox collector as operations move beyond a single machine.

The first release separates a loopback collector from the Windows UI, preserves source freshness and unknown states, detects conservative stuck-workflow signals, and includes full and always-on-top compact views. Provider coverage remains honest when a first-party quota source is unavailable.
