How it works
RunPub starts from a finished local video master and defines a repeatable path toward media inspection, thumbnail and metadata preparation, an explicit final review, and YouTube publishing. The planned core stays general while Running Vlog serves as the first dogfood publish profile.
The repository currently contains the product and architecture baseline plus a minimal buildable WPF scaffold. YouTube publishing, OAuth, media inspection, thumbnail rendering, and persistence are intentionally not implemented yet.

Build the first side-effect-free vertical slice: inspect a local master, generate deterministic thumbnail candidates, and render an immutable publish preview. Upload and account authorization follow only after that local workflow is reliable.
