How it works
mētis composes a canonical policy set into self-contained AGENTS.md files across projects. Each generated file carries composition, version, and hash metadata so repositories can be checked for drift before an update.
The tool supports inspecting policy state, detecting drift, and updating target files when the canonical composition changes. It keeps agent workflow rules consistent across repositories without making each project depend on a shared runtime file.
